You Gotta Watch Camilo Sanvezzo Score From Halfway

Fans of MLS will remember Camilo Sanvezzo from his time with the Vancouver Whitecaps, during which he did this:

That goal was nominated for the Puskas Award, but Sanvezzo, now with Queretaro in Liga MX, has quite possibly outdone himself.

44-Year-Old Pachuca Goalkeeper Oscar Perez Scored An Amazing Last-Minute Goal This Weekend

You don't see many 5'8" goalkeepers in soccer. You don't see many 44-year-olds anywhere but the tactical area. You definitely don't see 5'8", 44-year-old goalkeepers doing things like this:

Cruz Azul Visited By Sorceress To End Their Troubles

Cruz Azul have not been very good this season, sitting 15th in the Liga MX table. As such, a sorceress named "Zulema" has decided to help them out.

From ESPNFC:

La Maquina, currently 15th in the Liga MX table with three match dates remaining in the 2017 Clausura, received a visit from La Bruja Zulema, a sorceress in leather pants hoping to "cleanse" the club of its decades-long curse.

Chivas Wins The Copa MX, Is Actually Good Now

Last night Chivas defeated Monarcas de Morelia in a penalty shootout in the Copa MX final.

Highlights of the shootout are below. Come for the penalty shootout, stay for the goalkeeper shenanigans from Miguel Jimenez and Sebastian Sosa. Sosa in particular is hilarious, if mostly ineffective.

Xolos Reserve Defender Suspected Of Smuggling Meth Into The U.S.

Xolos reserve defender Daniel Andres Gomez was arrested last week at the U.S.-Mexico border after border partol agents found almost 48 pounds of methamphetamine in his car.

Upon secondary inspection, packages were found in the car that field-tested positive for methamphetamine.

Puebla Keeper Demonstrates Flawless Game-Losing Technique

In what appears to be a master class on how to lose games and alienate teammates, Puebla keeper Cristian Campestrini demonstrated near-perfect blooper technique in snatching defeat from the jaws of an impending draw on Saturday.

Level at 2-2 versus top-of-the-table Chivas with only seconds remaining, bottom-of-the-table Puebla were running out of options for how to horrifically lose the match. Fans and players alike were certain they would walk away with a point from the encounter, risking Puebla's status as the losingest team in the league.

Chucky Lozano's Two Goals Lift Pachuca Over FC Dallas At The Death

Without a doubt, FC Dallas gave the best account of MLS in the history of the CONCACAF Champions League over the course of their two-legged semifinal with Pachuca. However, it sill wasn’t enough as Hirving Lozano snatched victory for Pachuca at the death when we looked headed for extra time.

Chucky Lozano Outlines His Ambition To Move To Europe This Summer

21-year-old Pachuca and Mexican international Hirving “Chucky” Lozano has long been a subject of interest for European clubs. The winger has already appeared in over 100 Liga MX matches for his club, and he’s become a regular for El Tri.

Lozano’s form in the 2016 Apertura season, during which he scored seven goals and helped Pachuca finish in second during the regular season, saw him linked with Benfica, Ajax and PSV during the January transfer window.

Aviles Hurtado Got On His Bike And He Is Not Getting Off

Aviles Hurtado is awfully coordinated.

The Xolos midfielder got on his bike and scored what will almost certainly end up being the goal of the Liga MX season Sunday against Atlas.

Miguel Herrera Took A Cake To The Face

Miguel Herrera is back with the shenanigans, and we could not be happier about that.
