Cristiano Ronaldo Named 2016 Ballon d’Or Winner

Cristiano Ronaldo has collected his fourth Ballon d’Or as the top player on the planet, according to France Football magazine, for 2016. Renato Sanches Wins 2016 Golden Boy Award Because He’s The Man This Planet Needs

Dubbed the "Teenage Terminator", 19-year-old Renato Sanches is a savage. The youngest player to ever win the European Championships and the Euro 2016 Young Player of the Tournament, Sanches’ 2015-16 began with the Benfica B squad but ended with a transfer to Bayern Munich that could end up costing the Bavarian side as much as €80 million.

Sanches added another accolade to his growing trophy cabinet on Monday, winning the 2016 Golden Boy award ahead of Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford and Munich teammate Kingsley Coman.

Without Zinedine Zidane, Cristiano Ronaldo Believes His Year Would’ve Been Lost

As recently as January 2016, Real Madrid were a club in crises. Eric Cantona Has A Message For Ronaldo About Crying

Eric Cantona would like a word with Cristiano Ronaldo, recent winner of Euro 2016 and haver-of-a-moth-landing-on-his-face-while-he's-crying. Several words, in fact.

Cantona has finally discovered his post-playing destiny as an eccentric salty old guy yelling at youths and generally being tough and weird. It's like when that guy from "Mail Call" started appearing in Geico commercials.
