Amazing Goals

Giovani Dos Santos Recreated His Gold Cup Golazo..Kinda

We all remember Giovanni Dos Santos breaking the hearts of U.S. Soccer fans everywhere in the 2011 Gold Cup. It was one of those goals where you are so mad at what just happened, but it was just so damn beautiful that all you could do was sulk your head and give credit where credit is due. Well, the 26-year-old from Monterrey, Mexico was back at it again this past weekend vs Real Salt Lake.

This Half-Rainbow Heel Flick Goal Is Worth 10 Seconds Of Your Time

Rico Zulkarnain is apparently the second coming of some sort of futsal god. The 26-year-old Welsh-Indonesian recently become Wales’ all-time top futsal goalscorer and plays professionally in the Australian Futsal League.

He also recently played in the National FAFL Cup, won tournament MVP, won the golden boot for top scorer and scored this ridiculous goal:

The Emotional Story Of America's Greatest Unrealized Talent

In 2006, Charlie Davies was the hottest prospect in all of American soccer. He’d returned from a knee injury suffered during his sophomore season with Boston College to score fifteen goals in sixteen games during his junior year. His performances made him a finalist for the Hermann Trophy, awarded to the top college soccer player, and had seen him included on the roster for the 2005 Elite Milk Cup competition.

It Was a Perfect Opportunity for a Cross, He Scores A Goal Instead

Luis Nani was ready to send in a freekick hoping to find his teammate's head. The angle was difficult for shot on goal, however Nani is not your average football player. Instead of swinging in a cross, Nani went for goal and floated it into the back right corner over the keeper's outstretched paw. Nani's goal put Turkish giants, Fenerbahce up 2 - 0 right before half time. RVP would add a third in the 90'.

He's Just 20 And He Hurt A Club's European Dreams

Espanyol played the role of a spoiler tonight against Celta de Vigo. Celta are plying for a spot in Europa League and their chances took a hit today when Marco Asensio scored an amazing half volley from 25 yards out. The 38th minute equalizer was beautiful as the forward controlled a clearance and fired home. Espanyol currently sit at 15th in the La Liga table and Celta will need to starting earning three points instead of one if they want to make it to Europa League.

Dries Mertens Completes Hat Trick With This Stunning Goal

With the blink of an eye, the ball was in the back of the net and Napoli were celebrating. Dries Merten's third goal of the night was a stunningly powerful shot that beat Bologna keeper, Antonio Mirante. The Belgian international received the ball on his left, beat one defender and ripped a right footed shot in the top right corner. He scored in the 58th, 80th and 88th with his last one being the best. Napoli would go on to crush Bologna 6 - 0.

Bad Ass Pitch Invader Makes 14 Security Guard Look Like Idiots

I can’t believe that this bad ass pitch invader embarrasses security as badly as he does. I literally can’t believe it. There are three or four times in this video when I think to myself, “there is no way he should be able to get past all of these guys” and then he does. What are they feeding security guards in Russia? Concrete?

Snodgrass Curls In Last Gasp Freekick to Lift Hull City Over Wolverhampton Wanderers

When it is potentially the last kick of the match, you need to make the most of it and Hull City's Robert Snodgrass took advantage of a prime freekick opportunity. In the 4th minute of stoppage time, the scored was tied at 1. Hull's faint hopes of automatic promotion to the Premier League were on the line. Snodgrass stepped up in a big moment, curled the freekick off the bar, hitting Wanderer's keeper, Carl Ikeme's back and into the net. While it will go down in the post match report as an own goal, Snodgrass's curling effort was simply spectacular.

Meet 'Ronaldog', The Pooch That's Better Than Cristiano

Alfie, better known as 'Ronaldog', is an untrained, naturally brilliant footballing dog that is capable of performing keepie uppies and dribbling at a blistering pace, much like his namesake Ronaldo. To put it simply, his game isn't ruff at all. He's almost Ronaldo's doggleganger.

In fact, Ronaldog has every reason for tail wagging, he's being scouted by professional clubs in England.

Filthy Finish By Marcus Rashford

When you are 18-years-old and you play for arguably the most noticeable club in the world, you're not supposed to score 6 goals in your first 11 games. But that's what Marcus Rashford has done since LVG called his name to the first team. Rashford kicked off the scoring against West Ham in the FA Cup quarterfinals. The youngster received the ball at the edge off the box after a West Ham turnover and then showed off his footwork before burying a shot off the upper 90 crossbar. So smooth, so pretty.
