Cristiano Ronaldo can’t stop scoring as he found the back of the net once again for Al Nassr on Thursday in a 2-1 victory against Al Raed during a Saudi Pro League match. The goal was CR7’s 921st in his career.
Ronaldo will turn 40 on Wednesday and shows no signs of slowing his goal scoring. Thursday’s game marked his eighth game with a goal in Al Nassr’s previous nine games.
His latest goal saw him get the slightest touch on a set piece into the box to open the scoring in the 35th minute.

Looking at the replay it does appear that he gets a foot on the ball. This was inches away from being a repeat of his infamous “header” in the 2022 World Cup that ended up counting as a Bruno Fernandes goal despite Ronaldo claiming it.
In the 47th minute Ronaldo had an assist for the eventual game-winning goal with a perfect through ball to his left back Nawaf Noushal.

Al Nassr climb to third in the league table behind Al Hilal and Al Ittihad who have a five-point gap on Ronaldo’s side with a game in hand.
