Neymar's acting career is reportedly off to a hot start while he waits his turn to represent Brazil this summer. The Brazil captain will evidently appear in the next xXx movie with Vin Diesel.

Wait, what? Like Vin Diesel the person? Not some copycat Vin Diesel look-alike? Oh, this is going to be grand.

When the Brazilian Federation announced that Neymar would be representing his national team at the Olympics and not the Copa America Centenario this summer, soccer fans in Pasadena, Orlando and Foxborough released a collective groan. 

Without their star player, will Brazil still be "can’t miss" as a traveling spectacle? Formerly descending upon cities like the Harlem Globetrotters with their dazzling array of tricks, skills and household names, you can’t help but feel that this Brazilian squad is comparatively poor.

Sometimes it’s easy to forget that Neymar is 24 years old, and it’s just as easy to forget just how immature that age really is. The final day of the Champions League quarterfinals kicked off today with Barcelona playing away at Atletico Madrid and Benfica hosting Bayern Munich. Barcelona were ahead 2-1 on aggregate heading into the match, but Madrid scored in the 36th minute to go ahead on aggregate due to the away goal tie-breaker.

Griezmann headed home a cross after Jordi Alba could not fully clear the ball. The Frenchman would add a penalty to take a 3-2 aggregate lead in the 88th minute after a handball by Andres Iniesta. The final score was 2-0. 

Neymar is rich. This much is not in doubt, but just how rich is he? Well, his contract leaked this week thanks to Football Leaks, we have an answer, in the form of his much-discussed Barcelona contract/transfer agreement.

According to the contract, Neymar's base salary is €5 million, which sounds like a lot. It is compared to a normal person, but not really compared to an athlete playing one of the major American sports.
