Barcelona Prove How Much They Need Coutinho By Obliterating Celta Vigo, 5-0

Philippe Coutinho was in the stands, but the only two players Barcelona needed against Celta Vigo Thursday were Lionel Messi and Jordi Alba. Meet me once Barcelona go up 3-0.

Hector Herrera And Miguel Layun On Target To Lift Porto Into Portuguese Cup Semis

FC Porto defeated Moreirense 2-1 in the Taca de Portugal (the country’s premier knockout competition) with Mexico internationals Hector Herrera and Miguel Layun providing the goals. Porto haven’t won the Cup since 2011, but they’ll now play fierce rivals Sporting CP in a Dragões vs Leões semifinal.

Herrera scored the game’s opening goal in the eighth minute after a fine run from Tiquinho. The midfielder applied the finish with a lovely dink over the keeper.

Fantasy Premier League Tips Week 23

We made it through the blitz of games over the past month folks. Now you have a fresh wildcard to use if you'd like or you can keep rolling with your squad. Oh the decisions. Here are some Lads you can pick up this week:

Ayoze Perez (Newcastle):

Newcastle host Swansea, the Premier League’s worst team, on Saturday. Ayoze Perez is Newcastle’s in-form attacker with three goals in his last two games. At only £5.2, he’s easily the biggest sleeper among FPL Gameweek 23 attackers.

Jesse Lingard (Manchester United):

Neymar Trying To Sell Product Like LaVar Ball With New Goal Celebration

Paris Saint-Germain paid Barcelona a bajillion dollars for Neymar. But how much is Nike paying for this Neymar celebration?

Arsene Wenger, serving the second match of his touchline ban, sat in the press box. Hopefully that gave him lots of time to answer questions about Alexis Sanchez and Manchester City.

Let's take a look at the highlights:

Christian Pulisic Admits American Expectations Might Be A Bit Much

USMNT and Borussia Dortmund star Christian Pulisic recently sat down for an exclusive interview with ESPN FC from Dortmund’s winter training camp in southern Spain, taking time to answer questions from Raphael Honigstein ranging from the USA’s World Cup failure to how he deals with the burden of expectation as a 19-year-o

Lionel Messi Cuts Once, Twice, Thrice On Ivan Rakitic And Ruins His Day

Sometimes I think about Michael Owen. It’s a certain thought experiment pertaining to Owen joining Manchester United in 2009 as a 29-year-old on a two-year deal and playing very, very little. With most expecting him to find a new club in 2011 after starting only six Premier League matches in two seasons, he instead signed a one-year extension while explaining his decision thus:

CRISIS Team Meeting Makes Zidane 90 Minutes Late For News Conference

Are Real Madrid in CRISIS? Should they purchase Mohamed Salah, Mauro Icardi and Harry Kane tomorrow, forming the attacking trifecta SIK? In turn, should they offer BBC + Keylor Navas to Manchester United in exchange for David de Gea? After losing three of their opening 17 La Liga matches, these are the questions facing the back-to-back European champions and manager Zinedine Zidane.
