MLS Delivers Most Accessible Season Ever With 100+ Games On National TV

The 26th season of Major League Soccer begins on Friday, April 16, with a nationally televised match between the Seattle Sounders and Minnesota United on FS1 (a rematch of last year’s unbelievable Western Conference final). The 2021 MLS season marks the return of fans to stadiums across the league and, God willing, the death of fake crowd noise. Beginning with the start of the regular season on Friday, April 16, teams across the country will welcome back supporters at grounds with capacity generally limited to somewhere between 10 and 50 percent.

After two years at Nippert Stadium, FC Cincinnati will open its own soccer-specific venue this season. West End Stadium is a sparkling $250 million arena that looks just as good on the outside as it does on the inside.

West End Stadium will officially open for FC Cinci’s home opener on May 16. Until then, the club released a video of the stadium’s façade lighting, a stunning display of LEDs on each fin on the arena’s exterior.
