His teammates tried to calm him down, obviously undermining Robben's emotional state. Xabi Alonso exhibited sheer class by giving the sad soul a water bottle although he did not appreciate it in the end. This was the cherry on top for the Bayern Munich bench as they burst into laughter. The Man of Glass really living up to the name by showing his weak side when leaving the pitch.
In Robben's case, he could have had a big influence in the remaining minutes of the match. Assuming the defenders and keeper had no idea that Robben would cut in from the right and curl the ball into the far post.
